Submission & Evaluation

The entire quotation, including attachments, must be contained in a single email not exceeding 5 megabytes, with no compressed files. Only .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, or .xlsx attachments are permitted. Offerors must complete and return the 'Required Information Sheet' and provide a description/detail of the supply, not just pricing.

Delivery & Performance
