This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to procure and install one (1) STINGRAY 4063 PARTS WASHER with upgrades or an equal automatic aqueous parts washer. This will replace a system currently in place at Red River Army Depot (RRAD), Texarkana, TX.

• Design, fabricate, and install a new automatic aqueous parts washer meeting or exceeding current size and requirements.

• Specific technical requirements include:

  • Power: 460V 3PH
  • Heat Source: Steam
  • Pump HP: 50+
  • Flow: 320gpm+
  • Pressure: 150psi+
  • Temp Range: 140-190 degrees F
  • Reservoir Capacity: 180 gallons+
  • Heavy Duty Turntable (3500LB+ capacity)
  • Oscillating non-synchronous wash pattern
  • Automatic Programmable Oil Skimmer
  • Insulated Cabinet
  • Automatic Steam Drying Cycle
  • Stainless steel cabinet internals
  • Internal reservoir cover with chip basket
  • Electrical system to meet NFPA 79 requirements

• Installation includes offloading, positioning, planning, designing, fabrication, testing, installation, training, and commissioning.

• Contractor must provide three (3) hard copies and one electronic copy of operations sequence, system program, Bill of Materials (BOM), wiring diagrams/schematics, and maintenance manuals.

• A one (1) year warranty from the date of final acceptance is required.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price / Single Purchase Order.

• Period of Performance: Installation and operational within 12 months from contract award.

• Delivery Schedule: 6 Months After Delivery Order (ADO).
