Contract & Timeline
- Type: Intent to Sole Source (FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1))
- Set-Aside: None (Sole Source)
- Capability Statement Due: April 8, 2026

Justification
FRCSW currently utilizes a DIT-MCO produced AWA that employs proprietary Test Assistance II (TA2) software. This software is essential for generating test programs and is used by both DIT-MCO and the E2-D OEM. A DIT-MCO AWA is critical for maintaining data exchange capability and utilizing legacy programs without modification. Furthermore, DIT-MCO offers Random Hookup/reconfigurable technology, allowing for updates based on E2-D OEM improvements.
