• Evaluation Criteria: Quotes will be evaluated based on the lowest price technically acceptable criteria.

  • Price: Includes period of performance, total quoted amount, discounts, shipping, and any other quoted pricing. Failure to propose pricing for all line items may result in exclusion.
  • Technical Acceptability: Evaluated to receive an overall rating of "acceptable" or "unacceptable." Salient characteristics are in "Attachment 1 - Specifications."
  • Past Performance: Evaluated as Acceptable, Neutral, or Unacceptable, using CPARS and other sources.

• Award Basis: Award will be made to the quoter representing the best value to the Government.

• Several clauses related to small business concerns, HUBZone, and other set-asides are listed as applicable if checked.

• The document incorporates numerous Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Agriculture Acquisition Regulation (AGAR) clauses and provisions by reference. Full text is available upon request or electronically via acquisition.gov.
