AV Equipment Upgrade for Split Conference Rooms

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To install Audio Visual (AV) and collaborative web conferencing systems in two new collocated conference rooms for the Naval Sea Systems Command Team Submarine Directorate.

• Design, install, configure, and test AV and collaborative conferencing systems.

• Utilize a combination of Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) secure KVM equipment.

• Install new CFE large screen displays, rack cabinets, AV switching and control, and web conferencing equipment.

• Provide AV cross-connects between the two independent systems to allow AV sources to be displayed by both systems.

• Install conference table-mounted support electronics and stationary support electronics where needed.

• Restore any damaged areas of ceilings, walls, and floors to their original condition.

• Provide independent, remotely controlled signage for "Unclassified Meeting in Progress" and "Classified Meeting in Progress".

• Make necessary changes to local 120 VAC convenience wiring, involving removal, reinstallation, moving, and extending wiring.

• Contractor must demonstrate skill in Crestron AV control and switching system programming and setup, providing examples of previous experience.

• A one-year warranty on workmanship, materials, hardware, and software is required.

• Period of Performance: 01 Oct 2026 - 28 Feb 2027

• Contractor must provide specific brand name or equivalent (BNE) items, including Crestron switchers, touch screens, and web conferencing devices, as well as JBL ceiling speakers and Samsung displays.

• CAD documentation of installed systems (as-built) and digital copies of AV control system source code are required deliverables.

• Integrator's Summary Operating Instructions with touch panel screen images must be provided.
