Purpose
The primary objective is to ensure the continued optimal performance, reliability, and security of the existing A/V system, including computer-based A/V components, the Government-provided NMCI classified Video Teleconferencing (VTC) system, and the NMCI Voice over Secure Internet Protocol (VoSIP) phone.
Scope of Work
Services encompass a comprehensive range of A/V system support:
- Preventative Maintenance: Quarterly inspections of all A/V components (smart TV/monitor, computer workstation, touch panel controller, camera, audio mixer, speakers, VTC system, VoSIP phone), cleaning, cabling inspection, software/firmware updates, and functionality verification for both unclassified and classified operating modes.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: On-site diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues, with replacement of faulty equipment subject to Government approval.
- User Training: Provision of refresher training for existing users and initial training for new users, along with the development of user-friendly documentation (quick reference guides, troubleshooting tips).
- Cybersecurity Maintenance: Ensuring secure Ethernet switch configurations (admin passwords, disabled unused ports), timely application of security patches and updates adhering to Navy NMCI cybersecurity STIGs, regular security assessments, and maintaining accurate system documentation.
- Potential Upgrades: Evaluation and recommendation of system upgrades (e.g., monitors, cameras, content sharing technologies, VoSIP integration), provision of cost estimates, and implementation of approved upgrades.
Key Requirements & Restrictions
- Contractor personnel must possess Secret security clearances.
- All work must adhere to applicable DoD and Navy security regulations and policies, including cybersecurity STIGs.
- No wireless features or services are permitted; all data transport must utilize wired services due to the classified operating space.
- Replacement parts and equipment must be compatible with the existing A/V system and Navy NMCI infrastructure.

Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price for all line items.
- Period of Performance: A base year from March 3, 2026, to March 2, 2027, followed by four one-year option periods, extending through March 2, 2031.

- Payment: Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) is the authorized method of payment; PCARD is not accepted.
