Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials for:
- Preventative Maintenance: Quarterly inspections, cleaning, cabling checks, software/firmware updates, and functionality verification for all AV components (smart TV, monitor, touch panel, camera, audio mixer, speakers, VTC, VoSIP phone), including unclassified and classified operating modes.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: On-site services within a specified timeframe (e.g., 4 hours) to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, with replacement of faulty equipment.
- User Training: Refresher training for existing users and initial training for new users, along with user-friendly documentation.
- Cybersecurity Maintenance: Application of security patches, updates, regular security assessments, and adherence to Navy NMCI cybersecurity STIGs. All ethernet switches must have administrator passwords, and unused ports must be disabled.
- Potential Upgrades: Evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of system upgrades to maintain currency and functionality.
Key Constraints: All services must comply with Navy NMCI policies and security requirements. Work must be performed by qualified personnel with appropriate security clearances. No wireless features or services can be enabled as the system resides in a classified operating space; all data transport must use wired services.
