This includes specific equipment such as Samsung Crystal UHD Displays (85" and 75"), Chief Tilt Wall Mounts, a Biamp Devio Large Meeting Room Bundle, Huddly L1 Camera Kit, HP Thunderbolt Dock (G4 or G6), Atlona distribution components, and various Kramer HDMI/USB cables and installation hardware. Installation services encompass mounting, component integration, programming, cabling, and securing all equipment. The system must be compatible with existing command conference rooms.
Key Clarifications & Requirements
- Equipment: QB-Series displays are preferred over BE-series. The system supports "bring your own device" (BYOD) for conferencing. Displays will use individual remotes. The HP Thunderbolt Dock 280W G4 can be substituted with the HP Thunderbolt 4 Ultra 280W G6. Only Kramer HDMI/USB cables are permitted.
- Installation: No existing equipment removal is required. A mandatory automated criminal background check is needed for non-DoD personnel.
