Sources Sought Notice

This notice is issued by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, Eastern Colorado Area Office (ECAO) to gauge the availability and capability of small businesses for the Arkansas Valley Conduit (AVC) Crowley Reach 1 construction project. The information gathered will help determine if a future solicitation will be a total small business set-aside and inform the government's acquisition strategy. This is for informational purposes only and not a Request for Proposals or Invitation for Bids.

The project involves the construction of approximately 5.3 miles of 30-inch water transmission pipe and associated components, including sectional, air, and blowoff valves, wash crossings, and jack and bore crossings. Traffic management is also included.

The work is situated in the Town of Boone, Colorado, and along Colorado State Highway 96 (SH96) between Boone and Nepesta, Colorado, in Pueblo County.

The estimated project cost is between $40,000,000 and $65,000,000.
