• Personnel & Equipment: Provision of trained and experienced biohazard remediation personnel, and all necessary equipment (e.g., manlifts, HEPA vacuums, disinfectants).
• Compliance: Adherence to federal, state, and local safety (OSHA) and environmental (EPA) regulations, including specific NUWC Division, Keyport publications.
• Security: Personnel require a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) badge for access.
• Quality Assurance: Complete removal of all visible bird waste and debris, leaving surfaces clean to sight and touch.
