The RWP seeks Enhanced Whitepapers in accordance with the AMTC-26-03 Objective Requirements Document (ORD). Projects awarded under this prototype OTA may lead to follow-on production contracts or transactions without competitive procedures, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 4022(f).
