This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with format in FAR part 12; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is a solicitation only and quotes are being requested. The NEARNG does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice and is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice. The Government is not obligated to determine a competitive range, conduct discussions with contractors, solicit final revised quotes, and use other techniques associated with FAR Part 15. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offeror whose quote; conforming to the solicitation; will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government may perform a comparative evaluation to select the contractor that is best suited and provides the best value, considering the evaluation factors in this solicitation. This requirement is being set-aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515 with a size standard of 750 employees. This solicitation incorporates clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06.The Nebraska Army National Guard (NEARNG) has a requirement for one (1) Everest Mentor Flex borescope. Specifications are listed below: Height: 3.9mm; Length Min-Max: 6.6?-9.8?Electrical Requirements: 00-240 VAC, DC 18V, Wi-Fi adapter, video out HDMI, Internal memory 32GB, 2 USB data ports, 440k- pixel image resolution, JPEG image format and MPEG4 video format. 60 frame per second rate Material: Titanium housing Other Characteristics: LCD, daylight readable display with optically bonded glass touchscreen, Per LUH-72 Turbomecha maintenance manual a borescope will a max diameter 5mm and minimum working length of 1000mm and an articulating head.
