Scope of Work
The AMA will oversee INL/Lima's aviation program, liaise with Peruvian government aviation units, ensure compliance with directives, and manage operations for a fleet of USG rotary and fixed-wing aircraft. Key responsibilities include contract oversight as a Government Technical Monitor (GTM), submitting performance evaluations, monitoring training, developing operational systems, collecting data, coordinating deployments, and providing guidance to the Peruvian National Police Directorate of Aviation (DIRAVPOL). The position requires frequent travel (50%) throughout Peru, including high-risk areas.

Eligibility & Submission Requirements
Applicants must be U.S. citizens capable of obtaining a Secret security clearance and possess a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent aviation experience), at least one year of U.S. government contracting experience, and professional proficiency in Spanish. A minimum of ten years of experience as a military or civilian aircraft pilot and maintenance supervisor/manager is required, along with in-depth knowledge of aviation maintenance, FAA regulations, and tactical aircraft employment. Submissions must include a completed and signed SF-171 (Application for Federal Employment), a detailed resume, a separate document addressing each of the three evaluation factors (max 500 words per factor), and three professional references.
