The estimated quantities are 1,975,000 UG6 for ABO and 552,000 UG6 for LNB. Deliveries will be F.O.B. Destination into contractor-provided and/or government-owned tanks at locations including various Air Force Bases and Naval Air Stations across Nevada, Arizona, Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Utah. The period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031, with a potential 6-month extension. Related non-recurring services include expedited/emergency delivery, detention fees, tank usage fees, and equipment installation/removal.

Submission & Evaluation
This is a Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 325120 (Industrial Gas Manufacturing, 1,200-employee size standard). Award will be made using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process, considering price, technical capability, and past performance. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
