Introduction: This pre-solicitation notice is issued by the 502 CONS Contractings Squadron at JBSA-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. This is NOT a solicitation for proposal. No awards will be made from the responses to this announcement.

The 37th Training Group (TRG), has a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) requirement for the service of oxygen tanks for the 342th and 344th Training Squadrons located at JBSA-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The 37th TRG trains hundreds of Airmen every year on low-pressure chambers and other aircrew equipment. Providing this service to the 37th TRG will allow Airmen to receive the proper training that is essential in managing critical in-flight situations, protecting themselves and the mission. Scope of Work: The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, transportation, suppliesm and supervision to provide aviator oxygen services as specificed in the PWS, including pick-up and delivery. Please review further details in Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement.

The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Type Requirements Contract with a five-year period of performance using the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items procedures. Subject solicitation will be issued in the month of January 2026.
