Additional Notes
Subcontracting of this assignment is not permissible. The appraiser must hold a valid license as a Certified General Appraiser for Maryland or be able to obtain a temporary permit. Offerors must provide a standard Appraiser's Statement of Qualifications, a signed offer letter detailing specific experience with marinas, fair market rent opinions, and geographical competence. A list of USPAP-compliant appraisals completed within the last seven years for marina properties and a sample comparable sale/rental write-up sheet for a marina property are required.
