This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order to Lockheed Martin Inc. for "AW Electronics" and associated data. Lockheed Martin is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole source for this system, possessing proprietary technical data and integration knowledge. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. A determination not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the Government's discretion. Quotes received will be considered to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible in the future.

• CLIN 0001: AW Electronics in accordance with the SOW.

• CLIN 0002: Data per Exhibit A, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) (Not Separately Priced).

• CLIN 0003 (Option): AW Electronics in accordance with the SOW.

• CLIN 0004: Technical Data Package and Source Code per SOW Task 4.5.

• Offerors must possess the facility clearance and safeguarding capability requirements identified in DD254, Attachment 2.

• Government Purpose Rights (GPR) are required for all custom technical data, drawings, and software/firmware developed or modified under this contract, in accordance with SOW Section 4.5.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

• Period of Performance: 12 months after date of contract.

• Delivery: FOB Destination to Newport, RI.

• Option: FAR 52.217-7 Option for Increased Quantity-Separately Priced Line Item applies.

• This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; quotes are requested for informational purposes and to determine future procurement strategy.

Statement of Work (SOW)
