Scope of Work

Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. The following factors, when combined, are more important than price:
- Ability to provide award devices in accordance with the designs in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Ability to meet the timelines specified in the SOW.
- Experience in providing award devices of a similar quantity and timeframe.
