- Letter from a bonding agent confirming capability to bond for a single project of $5 million and aggregate bonding capacity.
- List of similar road construction projects (equal or greater value, similar scope) performed as prime contractor in national forest/park, BLM lands, national monument, and/or natural resource sensitive areas. Required experience includes full depth reclamation/pulverization, asphalt paving, and roadway culvert installation.
