This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is for market research to identify potential sources for "Spares Procurement" of a Heat Exchanger, Air (NSN: 1660-01-350-8210FW, P/N: 793305-2). The U.S. Air Force is seeking to determine if the requirement can be met competitively or as a Small Business Set-Aside. This is not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded based on this market research. No funds are available for the information solicited.

• The government is interested in sources capable of manufacturing the new item, including component parts, inspection, testing, preservation, packaging, and shipping.

• Potential sources may also be responsible for supply chain management, logistics planning, forecasting, long-lead time parts procurement, diminishing manufacturing sources, and shipping serviceable assets.

• The estimated requirement is for 11 units.

• This is a new spares buy and does not have a repair requirement.

• Potential sources must complete a Source Approval Request (SAR) package.

• Manufacturing Qualification Requirements (MQR) and Engineering Data List (EDL) are referenced and may be embedded or attached.

• Requests for Engineering Drawings should be submitted via email to ocalc.lgldo.public@us.af.mil.

• Interested sources must select "ADD ME TO INTERESTED VENDORS" to participate.

• Responses are requested by February 10, 2026.
