This document is a market survey to identify potential sources for the design, testing, purchase, and delivery of B-2 Test Program Set (TPS) Interface Test Adapters (ITAs). These ITAs are for use with the new TITAN receiver on the Common Organizational Level Tester (COLT) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The contractor will be required to develop and construct a first article to verify ITA design and functionality.

• Security Clearance: Not required.

• Foreign Participation: Not permitted. Foreign nationals are not permitted entry to USAF facilities for contract performance. Contractor personnel performing work within the USAF facility must be US Citizens.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for the design, testing, purchase, and delivery of Interface Test Adapters (ITAs) for use with the new TITAN receiver on the Common Organizational Level Tester (COLT). The ITAs will replace existing adapters to interface with APEX Connectors and the TITAN Receiver.

• Development and construction of a first article to verify ITA design and functionality.
