Scope of Work
The opportunity involves providing expertise in various aspects of zonal radar, including:
- Procurement & Fabrication: Rapid procurement and fabrication of existing radar items.
- System Capabilities: High-Resolution Surveillance, Wide-Area Coverage, Multi-Target Tracking, Electronic Counter-Countermeasures (ECCM), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Modular and Scalable Design, Real-Time Data Processing, Mobility and Deployment Flexibility, and Integration with C3I systems.
- Sustainment & Development: Modifying existing item designs to address obsolescence, performing technology updates, and providing Technical Data Packages (TDPs) including change packages and revisions.
- Support: Providing existing system components (addressing obsolescence, maintenance, testing, certification, new functional requirements), Ground Support System components, and Engineering Reports (program status, schedules, test plans, deficiency analysis).
- Warranty: All deliveries must include a minimum 5-year warranty.
Contract Details

- Anticipated Period of Performance: Five years.
- Security Requirements: Contractors must provide for the security of classified and unclassified hardware and documentation up to the SECRET level. Minimum personnel security clearance required is SECRET.
- Data Rights: The Government possesses Technical Data Packages for existing items that are insufficient for third-party manufacture, and several items have restricted data rights.
