Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Removing approximately 4,980 sq ft of existing carpet/VCT and 1,865 linear ft of cove base.
- Installing approximately 5,727 sq ft of specified LVT (Mohawk, Assembled Woods, Planked, Tobacco Oak or equal; 5.0 mm thickness, 20 mil wear layer, M-Force Ultra) and 2,160 linear ft of specified cove base (Johnsonite, 47 brown or equal; four inches high).
- Furnishing all necessary adhesives, transitions, thresholds, corners, tools, and other materials.
- Preparing the work area, including removing foreign matter, filling depressions/cracks, and repairing/painting wall damage.
- Ensuring the area is dry and moisture-free before installation.
- Cleaning up all work debris and coordinating recycling with the 19 CES Recycling Center. The objective is to provide a safe and comfortable facility for crew rest and recreation.
