NOTICE OF INTENT

This is a notice of intent to solicit from a single source.
This notice of intent is issued in compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.2. It is not a request for competitive proposals, but rather, an announcement of the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Office of Acquisition & Grants, Sacramento Acquisition Branch¿s intent to enter into a sole source procurement contract with GreenWater Laboratories / Cyano Holdings, Inc., Palatka, FL.

The USGS Columbia River Research Laboratory requires analytical laboratory services to perform MMPB-method microcystin analysis on 80 fish liver samples. This analysis supports ongoing USGS research related to harmful algal blooms and toxin accumulation in juvenile salmon.
