Scope of Work
The required planning study will analyze project alternatives for the rehabilitation of the Stampede Power Plant, complying with Reclamation Policy, Directives and Standards, and Principles, Requirements and Guidelines. The work will produce an XM Planning report and includes:
- Planning-level engineering and design.
- Flow and power production analysis.
- Economic analysis.
- Environmental compliance (NEPA) and Endangered Species Act compliance.
- Cultural resource surveys and reports. This effort specifically excludes final design, bidding services, construction management oversight, or construction related to the rehabilitation or replacement.
