• Trailer Mounted Cable Puller/Tugger: Must be an underground puller with a diesel engine, electric brakes, minimum 3 hydraulic jacks, 3/8" steel pulling cable (min 2,000 ft), RF or wired remote-controlled hydraulic boom, tensiometer, digital load recorder, and a minimum pulling capacity of 7,500 Lb. It must also include underground blocks for 2" to 6" conduits and accessory storage.
• Three Reel Turret Cable Trailer: Must feature air brakes, tandem axles, LED lighting, pintle eye towing, and support reel sizes up to 84" x 60" x 8,000 lbs each. It requires 360-degree turrets with automatic locks, (8) 10,000 lb capacity cam followers per reel, sealed quick-release bearings, 16" disc-caliper overspin brakes, (5) Drop & Pin type manual or hydraulic jacks, one hydraulic retriever per reel, bed rollers, gathering windows, and a gasoline or diesel power pack for hydraulic functions. Delivery for all Contract Line Items (CLINs) is required within 90 Days After Receipt of Award.
