B1245 Roof Repair

This solicitation is for the repair of a RUBB structure roof at Building 1245, Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, Bremerton, WA. The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract for this non-personal services procurement. The repair involves approximately 5 feet of torn fabric in the roof/ceiling.

• Inspect the damaged area and associated structural elements.

• Submit a repair plan for approval before execution.

• Install compatible, watertight, and reinforced repair materials that match the existing fabric and ensure weather resistance.

• Restore the building to a functional, secure, and visually consistent condition.

• Safely access elevated areas using appropriate fall protection, lifts, or scaffolding.

• Remove all debris, protective coverings, tools, and equipment upon completion, leaving the site clean.

• Dispose of all waste and leftover materials offsite in accordance with local environmental regulations.

• Provide all necessary materials, tools, ladders, scaffolding, fasteners, adhesives, and PPE.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: To be completed no later than April 30, 2026.

• Estimated Value: Not specified.

• Offer Due Date: March 10, 2026, 12:00 PM.

• Questions Deadline: 1 day prior to the solicitation's closing date.

• Evaluation Factors: Technical (including performance schedule), price, and past performance, in no order of relative importance. Price and past performance will also be evaluated as part of the responsibility determination.

• Submission Instructions: Quotes/proposals must address the entire effort; quoting less than the entire effort may be deemed unacceptable. Note any exceptions to the solicitation's terms, conditions, specifications, or SOW/PWS. Invoices will be submitted via WAWF.

• This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business.

• Companies must be registered in the SAM system to receive an award.

• Site visit is not scheduled.

• Performance hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, excluding U.S. holidays.

• Workmanship is warranted for five (5) years from the date of final acceptance.

• Vendors requesting base access must register at http://dbids.dmdc.mil/home.
