Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, equipment, and supervision to repair the RUBB fabric structure roof on Building 1245. The repair involves approximately 5 feet of torn fabric. Key requirements include:
- Inspecting the damaged area and associated structural elements.
- Submitting a repair plan for approval.
- Installing compatible, watertight, and reinforced repair materials that match the existing fabric.
- Restoring the building to a functional, secure, and visually consistent condition.
- Safely accessing elevated areas (roof height is approximately 35 feet; walking on the roof is not recommended unless a brace is directly below).
- Removing all debris, tools, and equipment, and disposing of waste offsite.

Evaluation

- Performance hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, excluding U.S. holidays.
- Workmanship is warranted for five (5) years from the date of final acceptance.
