Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to restore the two Liebert CRAC units to full operational capacity. Key tasks include:
- Recovering existing refrigerant in accordance with EPA standards.
- Replacing specified Schrader cores, boltover cores, and liquid line filter driers on both units.
- Repairing a leak on circuit 2 piping of Unit UU2-1.
- Performing pressure and vacuum tests to verify system integrity.
- Recharging both units with approximately 30 lbs of new, virgin R-407C refrigerant.
- Commissioning the systems to ensure full operational performance. Performance will be evaluated against the Performance Requirements Summary (PRS).

Special Requirements
