Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To restore two (2) Liebert cooling units (Model: DS105AUA1SI036S) at the 180th Fighter Wing facility to full operational capacity by repairing refrigerant leaks, replacing failing components, and ensuring system integrity.

• Recover existing refrigerant in accordance with EPA standards.

• Replace specified Schrader cores, boltover cores, and liquid line filter driers on both units.

• Repair a leak on circuit 2 piping of Unit UU2-1.

• Perform pressure and vacuum tests to verify system integrity.

• Recharge both units with approximately 30 lbs of new, virgin R-407C refrigerant.

• Commission the systems to ensure full operational performance.
