AMENDMENT 00001
Updated PWS to fix a typo in the model number and the addition of the tower serial number.
Please see the updated PWS attached.
This scope of work is to procure and provide two new cooling tower fan transmissions, including associated hardware kits and flinger collars, as well as two new shaft and coupling hub connections for connection to the tower fan motors. A new tower fan motor shall also be provided for Tower #2. The transmissions, shafts, and coupling hubs for both towers shall be replaced and the motor for tower #2 shall also be replaced. The fans shall be re-balanced after the transmission replacement.
APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS
This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41.
Site Visit
A site visit will be scheduled for 11th December 2025 at 10:30 AM CST. All prospective offerers that do not have access to Offutt AFB shall submit the attached site visit access list to SSgt Eyvind Boyesen at eyvind.boyesen@us.af.mil no later than 08th December 2025 at 11:00 AM CST.
