Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, and materials to install two (2) Bosch ISC-PDL1-W18G Professional Series TriTech Motion Sensor PIR Microwave devices. These devices must be integrated into the existing Security Forces Headend IDS system, reporting to the Defense Operations Center (BDOC). All Network/IDS cabling must be run in conduit, with junction boxes and splice points equipped with tampers, each programmed as an individual IDS alarm point. Deliverables include system documentation such as as-built drawings, equipment manuals, and final configuration settings. The project is to be completed within 60 calendar days, with delivery FOB Destination within 30 calendar days from award receipt.

Eligibility & Special Requirements
Contractor personnel must be qualified for installation, electrical, troubleshooting, repair, testing, diagnostics, and proprietary programming of Vindicator-based systems. Specifically, personnel must be certified by Honeywell Vindicator to work on their proprietary systems, as the existing system is a Honeywell Vindicator Command and Control (VCC) platform. All materials must be approved on the Non-Nuclear Configuration Management Database (CMD). Employees must undergo criminal background checks for base access, wear identification badges, and be able to understand and speak English. A contract manager and alternate must be provided. Compliance with the Service Contract Act and its associated Wage Determination for Sumter County, SC, is required.
