• The contractor shall provide Duct Cleaning services IAW the Statement of Work (SOW).

• The acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To clean, sanitize, and provide antimicrobial treatment for ducts in Suite 200 of Building 2451.

• Provide all equipment, labor, and materials for duct cleaning, sanitizing, and antimicrobial treatment.

• Services cover approximately 35 air ducts, 20 returns, and 350-400 ft of duct to one air handler.

• Includes cleaning of diffusers and return grilles according to commercial standards and NADCA ACR.

• Excludes HVAC repairs, coil replacement, or insulation repair.

• Contractor is responsible for removing and cleaning up all debris and equipment, and returning the facility to a useful status.

• Personnel and contractor will conduct a full operational walk-through before acceptance.

• Any problems found during inspection must be repaired and resolved prior to contractor departure.

• Place of Performance: 110 W Ent St, Suite 200, Fairchild AFB WA 99011.

• Period of Performance: Contractor will provide approximate time requirements prior to agreeing to service dates.

• Contractor must furnish all equipment and be responsible for transportation to and from the job site.

• Contractor is responsible for safeguarding all equipment and government property.

• All personnel must abide by Fairchild Air Force Base security regulations and will be escorted on the installation.

• Personnel must pass a background check and provide full name, DOB, SSN, driver's license issuing state, and license number for access.

• Contractor must provide identification badges for employees, mutually agreed upon by contractor and government.

• Hours of Operation: 0700-1700 Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Work outside these hours requires approval from the Contracting Officer and coordination with the 92d Contracting Squadron.
