Key Requirements/Deliverables:
- Task 1: Demolish Building 2A (CLIN 0001): Includes demolition of superstructure, roof, mechanical/electrical equipment, foundation, utility feeds, and associated site improvements. Disposal of debris off-site. Abandonment and sealing of utilities within the demolition footprint.
- Task 2: Restore Building 2A site (CLIN 0002): Includes backfilling the foundation, fine grading, installing aggregate base, placing asphalt, curb, and gutter, connecting sidewalk, installing two parking lot luminaires, and a new exterior security camera. Stripe new parking lot spaces.
- Safety: A site-specific Safety Plan is required within 7 days of award. The contractor must provide safety equipment and training.
