Scope of Work

The scope includes a mandatory site visit to verify existing conditions, disconnecting and reconnecting chilled and hot water piping, removing and replacing existing coils with like-for-like units, and conducting start-up testing. The contractor is responsible for all Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) requirements, providing a minimum 1-year warranty on labor and materials, and off-Base disposal of all removed equipment and waste. All work must adhere to industry safety standards (OSHA), ISO 9001 quality assurance, and applicable State, AFI, ETL, NFPA, and Unified Facility Criteria Standards.
