  • Re-insulate any item where insulation was removed.
  • Provide start-up testing to ensure satisfactory installation and capability.
  • Adhere to all Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) requirements.
  • Provide a minimum 1-year warranty on labor and new materials.
  • Clean up and dispose of all removed equipment and project waste off-Base per Offutt AFB Environmental Special Conditions.
