Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for:

- Replacing steam traps on the steam HX and flash tank, along with associated gate valves, check valves, relief valve, pressure gauge, and strainer.
- Providing all necessary electrical connections, piping (including Sch 80 for condensate), consumables (o-rings, gaskets, seals), and insulating new piping and HX to industry standards.
- Performing start-up testing to verify satisfactory installation and capability.
- Providing a 1-year warranty on labor and new materials.
- Cleaning up and disposing of all removed equipment and project waste off-Base.
