Page 2 of 2 Questions & Answers 36C25926Q0114 Part 2 The solicitation states: "For the purpose of this contract, the Sheridan VAMC requires that the Contractor supply one (1) NEBB and USP 797 certified inspector to provide air flow measurement and testing services." My question is if a USP 797 certification is required to perform this work. Our firm does not have the USP797 certification as we have not found it necessary in the past. Our firm is NEBB certified and fully capable of performing the air changes and pressurization analyses without the USP 797 certification. Government Response: USP 797 is not required for the listed locations. NEBB is the only requirement for this contract. has performed test & balancing in many VA hospitals and this requirement seems very excessive,  could you clarify? Government Response: The monthly service is normal for this type of service. Also, it was stated biannual testing but annual billing.  Is that correct?  If monthly service is required, couldn t we bill monthly? Government Response: Historically, the price schedule line item has been annual for invoicing/billing for services as stated in the Performance Work Statement but alternate could be considered.
