Scope of Work
The selected firm will provide comprehensive professional design services (Title I Type A & B, and Title II) for the repair and renovation of Building B710. This includes:
- Title I (Type A & B Services): Field investigations, surveys, reports, and development of design documents (plans, drawings, specifications).
- Title II (Type C Services): Inspecting, monitoring, and evaluating construction activities for conformance, reviewing submittals, and preparing contract modifications.
Specific repair and renovation requirements for Building B710 include: roof replacement, interior finishes (carpet, paint, ceiling), floor plan revisions (restrooms, shower/locker, enclosed rooms, mezzanine for training), new fire alarm and HVAC systems, BAS replacement, electrical upgrades, parking lot repair, and demolition of adjacent buildings (B802, B727). The design phase performance period is 193 calendar days.
Submission Requirements
