Event Focus & Scope
This annual event aims to provide authoritative threat assessment information from Intelligence Community (IC) experts. Discussions will cover adversary-imposed threats, including detection, interception, location, targeting, jamming, Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) interference, cyber, and directed energy weapon (DEW) mitigation requirements. The agenda includes threat briefings, discussions on resiliency best practices, and panel discussions related to military communications, software-defined radio capabilities, and waveform design.

Participation is open to US Government and Department of Defense (DoD) Civilians, Uniformed personnel, Science, Engineering, Technical Assistance (SETA) Federal Contractors (FEDCON), Academia with Federally Funded Research Centers (FFRDC) and University Aligned Research Centers (UARC), and cleared industry representatives supporting DoD military communications and data link technologies.
- Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI level is required for Day 1 (March 10). SECRET level is required for Days 2 & 3 (March 11-12).
- Registration: Registration opened on January 9, 2026, via the Joint Communications Marketplace (JCM).
- Visitor Access Requests (VARs): Must be submitted via DISS no later than February 27, 2026.
