• Failure to quote on all CLINs will render the quote unacceptable.

• Total small business set-aside.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.

• All costs related to delivery and shipping must be included in the total price.
