  • Provision of a /28 subnet of static Public IP addresses, and support for all IP protocols without filters or proxies.
  • Compliance with specific technical requirements including HSRP protocol, LC fiber connectors, and a 1/1 Connection Ratio (no bandwidth sharing).
  • A dedicated Technical Point of Contact (POC) for 24/7 troubleshooting and on-site support if necessary.
  • Adherence to a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Packet Loss <.5% and Availability of 99.9%.
  • Installation of services within 60 days after contract award.
  • Network devices must not use ZTE, Huawei, Xiaomi, or affiliated branded products.
