Scope of Work

- A dedicated internet channel with a minimum speed of 60 Mbps, ensuring fault tolerance.
- Fiber optic connectivity to the U.S. Consulate Jeddah compound's Telecommunications Service Entrance Facilities (TSEF) Room.
- Provision of a /28 subnet of static Public IP addresses, and support for all IP protocols without filters or proxies.
- Compliance with specific technical requirements including HSRP protocol, LC fiber connectors, and a 1/1 Connection Ratio (no bandwidth sharing).
- A dedicated Technical Point of Contact (POC) for 24/7 troubleshooting and on-site support if necessary.
- Adherence to a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Packet Loss <.5% and Availability of 99.9%.
- Installation of services within 60 days after contract award.
- Network devices must not use ZTE, Huawei, Xiaomi, or affiliated branded products.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price (FFP).
- Period of Performance: One-year base period, with two 12-month option years.
- Set-Aside: UNRESTRICTED.
- NAICS Codes: 517111 (Internet service providers) and 532490 (Telecommunications equipment rental or leasing).
- Pricing: To be submitted in SAR (Saudi Arabian Riyals) or USD, with Value Added Tax (VAT) priced separately.

This contract is subject to an excise tax of 2% pursuant to 26 U.S.C. 5000C, unless a waiver or exception applies. Offerors are encouraged to complete the pricing table for FAR Clause 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services for 6 months.
