Quick Summary
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure specialized support for the BAE Digital GPS Anti-Jam Receiver (DIGAR) system. This is a Sole Source acquisition from BAE Systems to ensure continuity and transition of technical expertise. Proposals are due April 15, 2026.
Purpose & Scope
NSWCDD requires support for the BAE-manufactured DIGAR system, critical for integration, troubleshooting, and sustainment across various platforms. This sole-source award to BAE Systems is necessary because the required acquisition systems are exclusive to BAE, facilitating a seamless transition of responsibilities from a previous contractor.
The scope of work includes approximately 500 hours of dedicated engineering support for DIGAR system integration, troubleshooting proprietary software and hardware, providing technical support for transition, and supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of DIGAR testing at government-sponsored events. It also involves on-demand Subject Matter Expert (SME) support, on-site DIGAR training, and modification of proprietary software for system integration. Travel to Dahlgren, VA, and CONUS test event locations is anticipated.
