- Fire Alarm and Suppression Systems
- Elevator Systems Maintenance
- Refuse and HAZMAT management and removal
- Light construction projects
- Janitorial services
- Make ready services
- Swimming pool maintenance
- Road, parking lot and sidewalks maintenance
- Structural inspections and repairs
- Satellite TV system with studio management
- Commercial appliances and office machines maintenance
- Laundry facilities and areas maintenance
- Dry and Wet Containerized Housing Units maintenance
