Quick Summary

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Bliss is conducting market research through a Sources Sought notice to identify potential sources for providing bagged, cubed ice to support the Fort Bliss Subsistence Supply Management Office (SSMO) and other installation activities in Fort Bliss, TX. The Government anticipates establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a potential ordering period of four (4) years. Responses are due by March 16, 2026, 0830 MDT.

Ice production, storage, and conveyance must adhere to food safety standards and practices in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
