Scope of Work
The requirement is for technical assistance to the PATRIOT Missile System in Bahrain, potentially issued as a two-year task order under DLA's Corporate IDIQ (SPRBL1-25-D-0006). Services include:
- New Equipment Training (NET)
- Operational support and maintenance of PATRIOT Major End Items (MEIs) and communications equipment
- System maintenance advisory support, mentoring, and demonstration of methods
- Training advisory support at tactical sites and NET locations
- System contact team support and training devices
- Technical assistance for Reconfigurable Tabletop Trainer (RT3) hardware installation and training
- Maintenance management and training at Fire Unit (FU) tactical sites
Additionally, the contractor may be required to provide technical assistance and engineering services for hardware/software, inspection, logistics, program/configuration management, system performance verification, hazardous material/obsolescence management, safety, interim contractor support, non-recurring engineering, system integration, flight test support, and technical documentation. The USG expects offerors to fulfill requirements without government-provided schematics, proprietary information, or Technical Data Packages (TDPs).
