• Equipment to be supplied includes:

  • Doctor's Stools (D3295, D3380): 2 and 6 units respectively, with specific features like dynamic seats, tilt, height/pivot adjustments, and foot rings.
  • Dental Operating Chairs (D3320): 6 units, featuring thin flexible backs, adjustable headrests, toe boards, hydraulic motion, and specific dimensions.
  • Assistant Stools (D3390): 6 units, with contoured seats, adjustable torso support, height-adjustable foot rings.
  • Dental Operating Delivery System (D8250): 6 units, including a self-contained water system, adjustable air coolant, balanced flex arm, disc foot control, and specific handpiece packages (high-speed/low-speed air and electric).

• Installation of all equipment is required.

• Contractor must provide proof of being an authorized distributor.

• Waste removal related to services provided is the contractor's responsibility.

• Standard manufacturer industry warranty term is required; extended warranties requiring advance payment are not accepted.

• Delivery and installation required by 8/1/2026.

• Work hours are typically Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., with coordination required for outside normal hours.

• Training: A one-time training session at the time of installation is required; no additional training is needed by the government.

• Security: Vendor must ensure adequate information and system security in accordance with VA standards, including firewall and web server requirements. Personnel requiring access to VA computer systems must undergo a background investigation and receive favorable adjudication per VA Directive 0710.

• Shipping costs for parts are included in the contract cost.

• No services resulting in additional charges without prior Contracting Officer approval.
