• Bids may be mailed, emailed, or hand-delivered to Commanding Officer, Attn: NREAO/Recycle, P.O. Box 55001, MCAS Beaufort SC. 29904, or emailed to elon.wenrick@usmc.mil.

• Payment: Buyer will be invoiced after pickup. Payment due within 45 days of invoice receipt. Payment to be made payable to the U.S. Treasury.

• Material is stored at Bldg. 1205 NREAO Facility on Noisemaker Rd. MCAS Beaufort SC. Location is subject to change and will be updated.

• Successful bidder can schedule pickup and must arrange weigh-in/weigh-out at MCAS certified scale.

• Collection hours: 8:00am – 3:00pm, Tuesday – Friday, excluding Federal holidays.

• Buyer must provide original weight tickets to MCAS Beaufort-QRP.

• The Government reserves the right to vary the quantity tendered or delivered by 10% when sold by weight.

• Securing the load is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

• Buyer assumes total responsibility and liability of the material once in their possession.
