• Seats (piece 13): MD71-GG Mearthane (Graphite Filled Urethane) manufactured by Mearthane Products Inc., Cranston, RI, meeting specific physical properties.

Key Requirements & Quality Assurance

This is a "DO" rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). Contractors must provide and maintain a quality system compliant with ISO-9001 (amplified herein) and ISO-10012 or ANSI-Z540.3 with ISO-17025, or an alternate system per MIL-I-45208 with MIL-STD-45662.

• Traceability: Strict traceability from material to certification reports, with permanent marking per MIL-STD-792.
