• Vests: Must feature Laser Cut MOLLE, integrated Tubes™ quick-release buckles, SLH IIIA soft armor (Front, Rear, Cummerbund), and Delta Shape panels.

• Plates: Must be Level III+ when used with SLH IIIA soft armor, Multi-Curve, and Shooters Cut.

• Contract type: Single firm-fixed price contract.
