Scope of Work

Contract Details
- Contract Type: Concessionaire (revenue-generating). The contractor will pay a monthly fee to the Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI), which will be the greater of a Minimum Monthly Guarantee (fixed flat-rate) or a Commission Payment (percentage of monthly Gross Revenue). The NAFI will not pay for these services.
- Period of Performance: A base period of two (2) years, with four (4) one-year option periods.
