Contract Details

The contractor will pay a monthly fee to the Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI), which will be the greater of a Minimum Monthly Guarantee (fixed flat-rate) or a Commission Payment (percentage of monthly Gross Revenue). The NAFI will not pay for these services.
