Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide rental of bike fencing for crowd control during the Gunfighter Skies 2026 event at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho.

• Provide four-hundred fourteen (414) sections of steel barricade/bike fencing.

• Each section must be eight (8) feet long and forty-two (43) inches tall.

• Fencing sections must be interlocking and stand-alone, requiring no additional support or stakes.

• Contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment, materials, labor, and transportation for delivery and removal.

• Work must comply with the PWS, applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, manufacturer's specifications, and commercial practices.

• Delivery: No later than 12:00 PM on Monday, May 11, 2026.

• Pickup: After 5:00 PM on Monday, May 18, 2026.
