Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts, and labor for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of vehicle access control systems. This includes crash-beam and wedge barriers, tire killers, bollards, arm barriers, quick folding, and sliding gates across KMC locations such as Ramstein Air Base, Ramstein Air Base-Construction & Training Squadron, Kaiserslautern-Vogelweh, Kaiserslautern-Einsiedlerhof, and Kaiserslautern-Kapaun Air Station. Services must comply with all applicable German local, state, federal standards, codes, laws, manufacturer recommendations, and safety regulations, with the most stringent applying. Excluded services include alterations and damages from vandalism or acts of God.
